BBXC Woods Wednesday open trail riding kicks off this week from 2-8pm at ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota. The weekly rides will take place through June 30 and resume after the fourth of July if there is enough interest.
This season we will have approximately 5 miles of trail consisting of woods, two-track and some open field sprint sections. We will also have a small dedicated beginner loop for Stacycs, minis and first-time riders.
Woods Wednesday was a huge hit last summer, with a relaxed, family atmosphere and the opportunity to ride as much as you want at your own pace.
Cost is $30/rider, $5 for non-riders. No AMA or district cards are required. For info on ride day, contact Gary @ 218-821-5692
PLEASE follow these guideline when coming out to ERX:
- Sign waiver and pay at the BBXC trailer before entering the parking area.
- No road riding. There is an active gravel pit on the premises with trucks hauling. It is super important not to ride off the designated trail for your own safety and to prevent the immediate shut-down and permanent end to these ride days.
- Park in designated area only on north side of access road.
- Be courteous to fellow riders and patient of new and younger riders who may be trying off-road for the first time.
