Congratulations to Midwest riders Cody Barnes and Logan Kittock for picking up big wins at the opening rounds of GNCC competition. Barnes, now racing full-time on the GNCC circuit for factory Beta, won the XC3 class last weekend at the The General in Georgia. Kittock, who is schedule to compete in several early rounds, dropped the hammer on the 200 A class at the season opening Wild Boar race in Florida and was fourth last weekend in Georgia.
Cody Barnes – “I got off to a good start and was in the second spot for the first and second lap. Right before the first gas stop I was able to make the pass for the lead and start pulling away. My Beta 125 RR was running amazing! My mechanic; Sam Gaines has my bike so dialed! After the first pit I just put my head down and charged the whole race and was able to take the xc3 win and finish 17th overall!!!”
