Racers participating in BBXC events are required to have a current District 23 membership, one-day or annual, to compete. A valid membership card from District 16 (Wisconsin), District 17 (Illinois) or IERA 22 (Iowa) is also acceptable as D23 shares reciprocity with those regions.
