Did you know you can digitally complete and sign one AMA annual release form and never have to worry about it at each round? Follow the attached links to complete the form (adult and minor releases available.) Once you’ve received confirmation, print a copy of the form and keep it with you on race days.
Our AMA event insurance premium as increased 50% this season and it is crucial that all riders, crew and spectators have a digital release form or sign paper releases at the entry gate AND signup when participating.
It has also become necessary for us to strictly enforce new rules at all events, regarding vehicle use and spectator access to the course. All BBXC events will abide by a bicycle and foot traffic only rule anywhere beyond the main pit/camping area. If it is not a race bike and has a throttle, gas or electric, leave it at home. In addition, spectators will be required to stay back 20′ from course ribbon or the main racing line.
Thank you for your cooperation with this matter. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate, no-questions, disqualification of you or your rider(s) and have become a serious threat to the future of the series.
Processing time for the Electronic Annual Release is typically 2–3 weeks. Turnaround may be even longer at the beginning of the racing season, when there is a higher volume of submissions to process.
Annual Adult Release Forms
Adult Release — This version requires the individual to sign and submit one form to complete the process.
Annual Minor Release Forms
Both Parents/Guardians Version — This version requires each parent/guardian to sign and submit a form individually to complete the process.
Sole Custody Version — This version requires the parent/guardian with legal sole custody to sign and submit one form to complete the process.
