FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Registration & eligibility

Visit our Registration page. Online registration is encouraged; there is a $10 additional fee for race day signup, and online registration typically closes the day before the event. 


BBXC offers classes for all skill levels and ages, including: AA, A Open, A 250, A 200, A 30+, A 40+, A 50+ B Open, B 250, B 200, B 30+, B 40+, B 50+ C Open, C 250, C 200, C 30+, C 40+, C 50+, 60+ Women, C Junior, 85cc, 65cc, Girls 9–15, 50cc Sr./Jr. 


Riders of all ages are welcome. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at all times. A minor release form must be signed by both parents and witnessed at registration, or you may present a notarized Minor Annual Release. Contact the AMA to obtain an annual minor release card. 


Yes, race day registration is available, but online registration is strongly encouraged. There is a $10 additional fee for race day signup. 




Yes; AMA and District 23 membership are required to compete. You can join at americanmotorcyclist.com and district23.org prior to the event. Memberships will not be sold at the gate.

Gate and sign-in times vary by event. Check the specific event page for details. Generally, gates open in the morning, check-in opens at the same time, and racing begins mid-morning. 


Come prepared with your helmet (required at check-in/signup), all required safety gear, your AMA and District 23 membership cards, correct change or a check for gate fees (no change given back), and your own pen for waivers. If you have a minor competing, bring a completed minor release form. 


Yes, spectators are welcome! Gate fees are typically $10–$15 per adult, with children 5 and under free. Camping is also available at most events.  


Track and course details are posted on each individual event page as the race date approaches. Check back closer to race day. 


A helmet is required at minimum and must be brought to the signup trailer at check-in. Full protective riding gear including boots, gloves, and eye protection are strongly recommended. 


Results & Standings

 Results and standings are powered by MotoTally and can be found at moto-tally.com/BBXC. 


Championship points are awarded across all competitive classes. To qualify for season championship awards, amateur riders must compete in at least 4 of 5 rounds. AA riders must compete in all 5 rounds. Riders who work an event are awarded their season average points for that round.  


Results are typically posted on MotoTally shortly after each class finishes.
